Fenty Beauty - Pro Filt'r Hydrating Longwear Foundation

Welcome back! I'll write about the Pro Filt'r Hydrating Longwear Foundation from Fenty Beauty. I bought it in September and I've been testing it since then. My skin was a little bit darker at the end of summer, so unfortunately I can't use it right now, because my normal skin tone is much lighter.

Price: 27£ - 34€ - 35$

Weight: 32ml

One thing is certain. Nobody will have problem finding the perfect match to their skin , because the Pro Filt'r Hydrating Longwear Foundation is available in 50 shades. It's a hydrating foundation with medium coverage. If anybody needs a higher coverage, it can be easily built up. Applying this product is really easy, because you can work it out with a brush as well as with a sponge. It's up to you only which one you prefer. The product has a pump dispenser, so the hands remain clean.

I checked the brands website to know how they describe the product. I copied it for you. My first thoughts were that this is just pure marketing, but I need to say I pretty much agree with them.

For the first time ever, medium to full coverage meets serious longwear in a hydrating foundation, with a perfectly smooth, natural finish that lets skin look like skin. We’re talking natural—not dewy—like your skin just had a must-needed drink of water.

I like to use dewy foundations for photoshoots, but sometimes these foundations are not the best option for weekdays, but I must say don't like to use any foundation with matte finish on my face. I would recommend matte foundations for women with oily skin. The Fenty Beauty foundation was a perfect option for me, because I have a dry skin, especially in autumn/winter and the Pro Filt'r Hydrating Longwear Foundation is somewhere between these two types. It has a pretty good coverage and my skin doesn't look dry after few minutes/hours. I found a shade matching the colour of my skin so the foundation provided a natural look. I need to say that this is true and an absolute necessity in general. Never use any foundation which differs from your skin tone. The market is full with good products nowadays so there is always one available which matches the skin totally.

The brand is cruelty-free.
